i USE THIS AND IT WORKS VERY WELL !!
If you go to download.com, they have numerious programs there for you to choose from. The nice thing about that site is that they tell you if it is a freebie, a trial version, what software is popular and they just give you alot of information to base your descision on. I would recommend that you get Search %26 Destroy for viruses and Ad Aware for spyware. You'd be amazed at how many things you have operating on your computer that Ad Adware will find....and best of all it is a free program.
